Cajun Crawfish Étouffée (2)

Ingredients
1 lb. Peeled Crawfish
1/2 Green Bell Pepper
1 Onion
1 Block Butter
2 tbsp. Parsley
2 tsp. Onion Tops
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tbsp. Cornstarch Powder
Salt, Red Pepper, & Black Pepper to taste

Directions

Sauté onion, bell pepper, garlic in butter. Add crawfish tails, salt, pepper and paprika. Cook on high for 20 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch powder in one cup of warm water. Add to pot. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add onion tops and parsley. Serve with rice. Enjoy!!
