Ingredients
1 lb. Crawfish Tails
1 Stick Butter
1 Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 pack of Fettuccine Noodles
1 Stalk Celery (optional)
1 tsp. of Garlic
1 tbsp. parsley (fresh or dry)
1/2 pint Half & Half Cream
1/4 lb. Jalapeño Cheese (Or your favorite cheese)
Parmesan Cheese for sprinkling
Directions
Sauté onions, bell peppers, and celery in butter. Add parsley, garlic and crawfish. Cook on med. heat for 10 minutes. Add cheese and cream and simmer for 30 minutes. Boil noodles, drain and add to mixture. Pour into casserole dish and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Chow down!
