Cajun Smothered Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 pork chops 
1/4 cup all purpose flour 
2 medium green bell peppers
2 yellow onions
2 tsp of minced garlic
2 cups of chicken broth 
2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce (optional) 
2 tbsp. butter
Salt, red pepper, black pepper 

Directions

    Set oven for 375. Season pork chops with seasoning (salt, red pepper, black pepper). Melt butter in skillet in oven. Take out and add pork chops. Put back in the oven and brown for 20 minutes on each side. Remove meat from pot and put in a plate. Add bell peppers, onions and garlic to pot and sauté for about 15 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes during this time. Take vegetables out of pot and put meat at the bottom of the pot then add vegetables on top. Add chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce and scrap the bottom of the pot well. Cover with foil and place back into the oven. Cook on 350 for one hour. Serve over rice. Enjoy!!
