Ingredients
1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground meat
salt, red pepper, black pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 onion (minced)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
slices of your favorite cheese
bread of your choice
1/2 onion and bell pepper for dressing
Directions
Preheat oven 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients except cheese and bread. Make small-medium size burgers and place in skillet/pot. Place in oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes take out a turn burgers over. Put back in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Take out and place sliced onions and bell peppers in skillet. Cook for another 20-30 minutes. Serve burgers with cheese and trimmings. ENJOY :)
