Cajun Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

1 pound of beef stew meat
½ cup Rotel
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 can green beans (drained)
3 potatoes peeled and cubed
1 onion, diced
16 oz. beef broth
28 oz can of diced tomatoes
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon basil
½ teaspoon pepper
Salt to taste

Directions

Heat oil on medium heat. Season beef meat with basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brown beef in oil. When done browning add beef broth and bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients. Stir and reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. ENJOY :)
