Ingredients
1lb. Peeled crawfish
1 onion
1 stick of butter
1 tbsp. roux
Salt, red pepper & black pepper
Directions
Boil onions in 2 cups of water for about 10 minutes. Add seasoning to water. Season crawfish well. Add roux and 2 cups of water. Cook for 15 minutes. Add butter and cook for 10 more minutes. Add crawfish and cook for 25 minutes adding 1 more cup of water and more seasoning if needed. Serve over rice. Enjoy!!
